Wednesday evening venues change week by week .During the spring and summer the runs are mainly off road on trails and the fells but there may be road alternatives.
So please bring the appropriate footwear,clothing and other equipment having regard to the safety notice in the right hand column.

15th May - Clougha from Baines Crag ( not from Rigg Lane) - Black Bull Inn,Brookhouse afterwards
22nd May - Troutbeck Tongue ,meet at Troutbeck church on Patterdale Road, Watermill at Ings afterwards
29th May - Hampsfell from Commodore Car Park , Grange
5th June - Loughrigg from Rydal Church
12th June - Scout Scar or Levens Park from Strickland Arms ,Sizergh

19th June- Warton Crag from the Small Quarry car park ,Crag Road, Warton .
26th June - Potter Fell from Wheelbase/Wilfs car park Staveley , Eagle and Child afterwards

10th July - Cross Bay run -meet at West Plain Farm for a 7.00 prompt start. Everyone to make their
own arrangements for getting there, but keeping Paul Sewell informed ,which may make it
possible to swap lifts.
Everyone must book in with Paul and pay before the night please.Cost is
£10 per head, half price under 18's. - this includes supper at the
Packet Boat and a donation to the M.S. charity.There is some parking at B.LS community centre for car sharers.
