Wednesday evening venues change week by week .During the spring and
summer the runs are mainly off road on trails and the fells but there
may be road alternatives.
So please bring the appropriate footwear,clothing and other equipment
having regard to the safety notice in the right hand column.
Please be ready to run at 7pm sharp.
24th July - Howgills from Peoples Hall ,Howgill Lane ,Sedbergh. Dalesman pub afterwards
31st July - coast and Beetham Fell from Ship at Sandside
7th Aug - Barbon fells - park near Barbon Church Barbon Inn afterwards
14th Aug -Whitbarrow from parking off track nr Witherslack Hall
Derby Arms afterwards,but please note that we're not starting from there this time!
21st Aug - field paths from Limeburners Arms,Nether Kellet
28th Aug - Ingleborough from small quarry car park , bring your head torch! Marton Arms afterwards

11th September - Hutton Roof Crags from Plains Quarry off Burton to Hutton Roof road - Kings Arms at Burton afterwards
