Although the clocks go forward on 31st March we'll continue to have on and off road choices from the same venue in the lighter spring and summer evenings,so if you want to be flexible it's a good idea
to bring a selection of footwear,clothing and other equipment to cover
all possibilities.
Be ready to run at 7pm sharp. Please read the safety notice in the right hand column.
27th March - Blue Anchor ,Bolton le Sands village
3rd April - Hare and Hounds ,Levens
10th April - Kings Arms, Hale
17th April - runs from Carr Bank near Storth, followed by Sausage Sizzle
24th April - Black Bull, Brookhouse - then some cars up the fell road ?

Given the tides, the possible dates for our Cross Bay run are 8th May or 10th July.Please indicate any preference to Paul Sewell.
