Notes* Tuesday night Arnside 5 race pace training. This is a set route of 5 miles, approx, but more importantly its 5 tough runnable hills instead of hill reps or speed interval type training. You could do with a watch or something to record your time and log it onto a Strava account if you have one. We have split the route into segments, on Strava, so you can see how you are doing each time you run the route. The aim is for you to improve your overall pace both muscular and mentally.
