4th Jan : Woodies Silverdale

11th Jan: Heversham Hotel, A6  Heversham ( aka The Blue Bell)

18th Jan: Grey Hound Halton ( Dave N route)

25th Jan: Strickland Arms Sizergh (Steve J route)

1st Feb:Kings Arms Hale (Helen W route) followed by Club AGM at 8:15 , supper provided

8th Feb: Clougha Rigg Lane (Dowy route)

15th Feb: Fell End caravan park Hale (John H route) -road and off road options available hoping to get away at 7pm. The pool facilities will be available as before and then the bar with chip butties afterwards.A charge of £5 for the use of pool and food is required. If you have not been there before then the best approach is from the A6 at the Wild Life Oasis turn off near Hale. Then it is the second right turn off after that.

22nd Feb: Woodies Silverdale (Shinny route)

1st March: Whitbarrow Gilpin Inn (Ray G route) park on the old road

8th March: Ingleborough (Wendy Dodds route) I'm awaiting news from Wendy as to her starting point. As its a dark night run and most likely some will want to go Road running, I'd suggest we start from the main public car park in the centre of Ingleton. Car park here

15th March: Factory Tap Kendal (John W route)

22nd March:  Commodore Grange (John L route)

29th March: Arnside ( Mike Smith route)

5th April : Barbon Inn Barbon (Kel Evans route)

12th April: The Swan Newby Bridge (John W)

18th April:Race Pace training, Arnside knott 7pm sharp National Trust car park

19th April: Arnside ( Tom and Penny route)  is going to be a little fund-raiser; following our run there will be food served for a donation in aid of the charity World Challenge. We will meet everyone on the front outside the Fighting Cocks and afterwards at 5 Mount Pleasant, Arnside.
