Be ready to run at 7pm sharp.
Runs will generally move to being all off road once the evenings get lighter. Please have the appropriate clothing and
equipment for the
conditions over and underfoot including head torch and fluorescent
clothing ,plus full body cover,map and
compass for any of the fell runs.

28th May - Cross Bay Run .Meet at West Plain Farm for a 7.00 prompt start. Everyone to make their
own arrangements for getting there, but keeping Paul Sewell informed ,which may make it
possible to swap lifts.
Everyone must book in with Paul and pay before the night please.Cost is
£10 per head, half price under 18's. - this includes supper at the
Packet Boat and a donation to Alzheimers.There is some parking at B.LS community centre for car sharers.
