Be ready to run at 7pm sharp.
There will generally be on and off road groups running from the same venue. Please have the appropriate clothing and
equipment for the
conditions over and underfoot including head torch and fluorescent
clothing ,plus full body cover,map and
compass for any of the fell runs.

29th January - Fell End caravan park near Hale - run at 7pm PROMPT for 50 minutes to give time to change and then use the swimming pool/fitness room/steamroom between 8 and 9,with chip butties served in the bar 9 pm ish.
