On Wednesdays during the spring and summer we'll continue to have fell/trail or on road choices from the same venue ,so it's a good idea to bring a selection of footwear,clothing and other equipment to cover all possibilities.
Be ready to run at 7pm sharp. Please read safety notice in the right hand column.
4th April - from Limeburners Arms,Nether Kellet
11th April - Beetham Fell from Ship at Sandside
18th April - Warton Crag etc from George Washington,Warton
25th April - Hutton Roof Crags from Burton in Kendal, park near old pub , Kings Arms afterward but please don't use their car park
