Wednesday night runs - October, November & December 2021

Wednesday night venues -  off road routes, usually about 10km or 1 1/4 hours.

All runs start at 7 pm sharp.

If you have offered to lead a run and then find you can't make it please let Dave or Lorna know so that arrangements can be updated.

6th October - Heron Corn Mill - Michael C. - Wheatsheaf Inn afterwards.

13th October - Wansfell from Troutbeck church - John L. - Water Mill, Ings afterwards.

20th October - The Royal, Bolton-le-Sands - Vicky.

27th October - Clougha from Rigg Lane carpark - Dowy. Note - remote open fell running. 

3rd November - Strickland Arms, Sizergh - Steve.

10th November - Heron corn mill, Beetham -  Mark O'S.

17th November - Rifflemans Arms, Kendal - Jenny.

24th November - Owls Nest, Bare - Tyrone.

1st December - The Plough at Lupton - Helen W.

8th December - New Inn, Yealand - John H.

15th December - The Albion, Arnside - Lorna 

22nd December - The Factory Tap, Kendal - Debbie. Road run.

29th December - No run.

5th January 2022 - Woodies, Silverdale - Jon & Karen,
