Wednesday night venues - off road routes, usually about 10km or 1 1/4 hours.

All runs start at 7 pm sharp.

If you have offered to lead a run and then find you can't make it please arrange cover, or let Dave/Lorna know so that arrangements can be updated.

18th Oct - The Punchbowl Hotel, Barrows Green - Bernard.

25th Oct -  Carr Bank - John H. - Hot Pot supper.

1st Nov -  Wilfs cafe, Staveley - Jenny.

8th Nov - Woodies, Silverdale - Grace.

15th Nov - Derby Arms - Sonja

22nd Nov - Limeburner's Arms, Nether Kellet - Vicky.

 

29th Nov - Holgates, Silverdale - Jon & Karen

6th Dec - Holme, park north of village beneath M6 - Mark B.

13th Dec - The Tavern, Hale - Helen

20th Dec -  The Factory Tap, Kendal - Debbie.

27th Dec - No run.
