Wednesday night runs - October, November & December 2024.

 Wednesday night venues - off road routes, usually about 10km or 1 1/4 hours.

All runs start at 7 pm sharp.

If you have offered to lead a run and then find you can't make it please arrange cover, or let Dave/Lorna know so that arrangements can be updated.

Dogs welcome but must be kept on a lead.

16th Oct - Heron Corn Mill, Beetham. - Sue G.

23rd Oct -  The Albion, Arnside - Graham. 

30th Oct - Helen's Halloween run - Parking at The Tavern (back carpark), Hale.

Run from Hale then back to Helen’s house for pumpkin soup and a roll. BYOB and, if you feel that “Bake - Off” urge, a cake contribution is welcome. 

Park in the back car-park at The Tavern, Hale, they say we’re welcome and we can use the loos as required too. Helen will meet you all there and we will walk up to her house with your drinks/dry clothes etc and leave them there . The run will begin & end at Helen’s house.

13th Nov - Royal Oak, Lindale - Steve.

20th Nov - Limeburner's Arms, Nether Kellet - Vicky

27th Nov -   Farleton Fell, meet at Dukes Bridge near Farleton - Mark B.

4th Dec - TBC - Bernard 

11th Dec - TBC - Mike S.

18th Dec - TBC - Debbie.

25th Dec - No Run.
