All members wishing to run on a Wednesday should take time to familiarise themselves with the new Covid Secure protocol on the main website.
Off road routes, usually 10km.
All runs start at 7 pm sharp.
7th April - Heron Corn Mill, Beetham.
14th April - Helsington Church, Brigsteer.
21st April - Whitbarrow, meet at Raven's Lodge.
28th April - Eaves Wood (N.T. carpark)
5th May - Farleton - meet at canal, Dukes Bridge, near Farleton
12th May - Arnside - meet at car park opposite chippy.
19th May - Barbon - meet at church - more parking at village hall. - Jon & Mark O'.
26th May - Warton - meet at Warton Crag Nature Reserve. - Jon & Mark Bell.
2nd June - Kendal - run from Morrison’s car park- meet near the recycling
section. - Debbie & Jenny.
9th June - Staveley - meet in car park behind Wheelbase. - Dave & Lorna.
16th June - Cartmel School , roadside parking. - Steve & John L.
