Be ready to run at 7:00 pm prompt.Bring your road and off road shoes and clothing as there are usually alternative routes depending on the weather and how you are feeling.

13th October ,Gilpin Bridge Inn near Levens

20th October , Packet Boat ,Bolton le Sands ,with sandwiches after ,cost tbc

27th October Commodore car park ,Grange

3rd November ,Greyhound Inn,Halton-on-Lune ,with hotpot £3 pp after the run

10th November, Smithy Arms, Holme

17th November , Castle Inn, Kendal - off road opportunities - sandwiches and chips afterwards,cost tbc

24th November, Wagon and Horses,Lancaster Quay

1st December , Fighting Cocks,Arnside Promenade - off road oppurtunities

8th December - Cross Keys,Milnthope.

15th December - Hutton Roof  from car park behind old Royal Hotel,Burton in Kendal - Kings Arms afterwards.

22nd December - venue change - Hest Bank Hotel ,Slyne w Hest - off road given the slippy pavements

29th December -  Warton Wunderings from the George Washington,Warton
